Abstract
The article employs both quantitative and qualitative survey data to examine the current landscape of e-commerce adoption among small and medium-sized service enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City over the past few years. The findings indicate that, alongside the growing proportion of enterprises embracing e-commerce practices, there is a notable trend towards the establishment of websites, utilization of e-commerce platforms, and implementation of customer management software; however, these enterprises continue to encounter numerous obstacles and challenges pertaining to human resources and technical infrastructure. Consequently, there exists a pressing necessity for strategic solutions aimed at fostering sustainable business development.
