POLICIES ON PROMOTING INNOVATION IN CHINESE TECHNOLOGICAL ENTERPRISES – POLICY PROPOSAL FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

Promoting innovation in technology enterprises is increasingly showing its important role as an indispensable driving force in the development of science-technology and the national development strategy. China serves as a quintessential illustration within Asia; transitioning from a nation primarily engaged in "processing," it has now established a notable presence on the global technological landscape. This article summarizes the policies instituted to foster innovation within Chinese technological enterprises, subsequently analyzing and proposing policy recommendations for Vietnam aimed at bolstering its technology enterprises to enhance innovation, thereby contributing to the nation's sustainable development.
