THE SITUATION OF ACCESSING CLEAN WATER FOR DAILY LIFE OF RESIDENTS IN DONG NAI PROVINE

Abstract

Over the past years, Dong Nai province has made many efforts to ensure the supply of clean water for resident’s daily life, such as: enhancing infrastructure and establishing a centralized clean water supply network. However, there are still obstacles such as pipeline infrastructure, high installation costs and administrative barriers. Based on quantitative data (survey of 1,000 households) and qualitative data (69 in-depth interviews with management staff and people), the article focuses on analyzing the current situation and suggesting several solutions aimed at improving access to centralized clean water sources, thereby enhancing the quality of life and health for the province's residents.
