Abstract

Over the past half-century, President Ho Chi Minh's instructions and wishes in the Testament are extremely simple, humane and sacred, with profound historical and epochal significance. One of the important contents of the Testament is the work for people, ensuring that all people can live a prosperous and happy life in a society rich in human values. The article summarises Ho Chi Minh's thought on people, especially the disadvantaged in society, and points out its significance for promoting the role of people in Vietnam today.
