Abstract

This article covers the recent years of foreign real estate investment in Ho Chi Minh City and analyzes the causes of positive aspects and limitations from a practical and legal perspective. Based on the finding, the article proposes the application of legal regulations to promote the attraction and the efficiency of foreign investment capital into Ho Chi Minh City in the field of real estate in the coming time.
