SOME NEW FEATURES OF LABOR CONTRACT LEGISLATION (IN THE 2019 LABOR CODE) With the Purpose of Ameliorating the Legal Framework for Labor Relations Regulations in Vietnam’s Market Economy
Abstract
The article analyzes and discusses the new points in the labor contract regulations of the Labor Code 2019. Based on this, the paper further provides its contribution to further improving the adjustment of contractual relations between employees and employers in accordance with each period of socio-economic development of the country.
