ELABORATING A SYSTEM OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE ACCESS INDICES (The Case of Khanh Hoa Province)

Abstract

The indicator system is one of the tools to measure the effectiveness of a program or policy compared to its goals. The social assistance indicator system depends on the aims or concepts of these policies. This paper is to study the situation of social assistance, a typical case in Khanh Hoa province in the period of 2010-2018 and proposes an indicator system to assist the society to improve the operational management activities of Khanh Hoa province.
