ONLINE SHOPPING IN HO CHI MINH CITY – STATE OF AFFAIRS AND ARISEN PROBLEMS

Abstract
Online shopping is increasingly developing and gradually proclaiming as an important role in people's lives in Ho Chi Minh City. However, many consumers are still hesitant to do online shopping due to the potentials of buying counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, or receiving products that don’t meet their expectations, having to self-resolve when their rights were violated, the fear of losing time, and complicated litigation procedures. Base on analyzing the benefits and risks that consumers are facing, the article suggests a number of measures to improve the efficiency in online shopping.
