AMELIORATION OF REGULATION ON THE DEMOCRACY’S IMPLEMENTATION AT COMMUNE, WARD AND TOWN LEVEL

Abstract

In order to ensure the development  of the socialist State of the people, by the people and for the people, the Vietnamese Government is amelioratingthe legal system of civil rights. The development and amelioration of the law on democracy in communes, wards and towns will create a legal basis for people to exercise their democratic rights, and also a basis for the State to implement the people rights. The article contributes to the understanding, analysis of the current status of the law on democracy in communes, wards and towns and proposes the directions to improve the current legal provisions in this field.
