Civil Responsibility of the Youth and Students – An Approach based on Law and Education of Countries

Abstract

The advantages of natural conditions, geo-economics and level of social organization will determine the development of each country, and in which, from the perspective of social management, the responsibility of each citizen plays an important role. The higher the level of civilization, the greater the social responsibility of citizens. In order to best accommodate this issue, the general rules that make uniform code of conduct of national from the central to local levels are absolutely necessary and need to be concretely and comprehensively coded. From the approach of domestic and international law and education, the article focuses on analyzing citizen obligations and responsibilities in general and of the youth in particular. Thereby suggesting follow-up studies related to the education of civic responsibility of the youth and students in the Socialist Rule-of-Law State of Vietnam in the current trend of integration.
