Vietnamese Scientific Journals in Domestic and International Citation Systems

Abstract

The development of scientific journals according to international standards in order to publish research works with high citation index in the domestic and foreign scientific database system is one of the important requirements in the current progress of development and international integration of Vietnamese journals. On the basis of researching about data systems and citation of domestic and international scientific journals, the article briefly introduces some popular citation systems in the country, in the region and in the world; at the same time, making statistics and comparing data of Vietnamese journals participating in the system from 2019 until now; thereby showing the integration level of Vietnamese  journals in the current science and technology era.
