COMPREHENSIVE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT IN VIETNAM TODAY ON THE BASIS OF MARXISM

Abstract

One of the key points of the long-lasting vitality and value of the Marxism is the view that people are free to achieve comprehensive development. For Marx, developing the richness of human nature for the purpose of itself is "one of the most powerful measures to transform the existing society”, building a new social regime in which comprehensive human development is a common measure of social development. The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the theoretical basis for the Communist Party of Vietnam 's strategy and policy on the comprehensive development of Vietnamese people in terms of intellect, physical strength and ability to work; and on socio-political issues, morality and sentiments.
