BLOCKCHAIN FOR E-GOVERNMENT: EXPERIENCES OF SOME COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD AND REFLECTIONS FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

The vast development of technology science provides many new technical solutions to apply for public management. In fact, the amount of blockchain-based projects for public management in order to promote e-government has been significantly increasing in many countries due to the benefits and potentials of these projects. Through providing some experiences of countries conducting blockchain-based projects, the article reflects the benefits, the difficulties to apply this technical solution, thereby proposing some solutions to apply blockchain, new technology in order to build e-government in Vietnam.
