SOME THEORETICAL ISSUES ON PUBLIC POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

Public policy can be understood as the practical activities of the state and other subjects of the political system to solve socially significant tasks, as well as the basic orientations of those activities. Policy implementation can be understood as a certain process, strictly regulated the formulation, implementation of policy provisions, of embodying those provisions in people's behavior. Policy implementation is an important stage in the process of bringing policies to life or in other words realizing policy goals. In order to effectively implement public policy, we have to understand the actors involved in public policy implementation, the public policy implementation process and the factors affecting public policy implementation. The article provides theoretical foundations on public policy implementation to help readers understand the content of policy implementation.
