CURRENT SITUATION OF THE QUALITY OF LABOUR FORCE IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR TO MEET THE ENTERPRISE REQUIREMENT IN BINH DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract

Binh Duong is a province located within the industrial triangle of the Southeast region. To attain the objective of becoming a modern industrial centre, enhancing the quality of the labour force to satisfy enterprise requirements is a crucial factor for this province. The research employed the IPE&AEG model developed by Nguyen Huu Huy Nhut (2019) to assess labour capabilities in relation to enterprise requirements. The findings indicate that while workers fulfil the qualifications and skills demanded by enterprises, their overall level remains inadequate. The article proposes several training solutions aimed at improving the quality of labour force in the industrial sector of Binh Duong province.
