DIGITAL HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN THE SOUTHEAST REGION CURRENTLY
Abstract
The digital transformation process in Vietnam, particularly in the Southeast region, is occurring robustly and extensively across all espects of social life. This situation necessitates a digital workforce that is adequate in number and in quality. This study examines the current state of digital human resources in the Southeast region with an emphasis on the public sector. The research findings indicate that digital human resources in the Southeast region's state sector are garnering increased attention and enhancement, leading to significant improvements in the quality of digital human resource training. Nonetheless, digital human resources remain insufficient and have not fulfilled certain requirements of the digital transformation process. This study presents several solutions aimed at enhancing digital human resources within the ongoing digital transformation in the Southeast region.
