Abstract
Drawing upon the dialogic principle of Bakhtin and Kristeva, this study examines Adiga's novel ‘The White Tiger’ through three lenses: intersubjective dialogue, intertextual dialogue, and various techniques that enhance the dialogic effect. The analysis reveals that the polyphonic discourse structure present in the narrative underscores numerous themes tied to Indian history and culture; the author skillfully employs a multi-perspective narrative approach and intertwines diverse voices to amplify the dialogic impact of the text. This research offers valuable insights into the dialogic elements within the work, effectively applying theoretical frameworks to the realms of literary analysis and critique.
