LAOS - VIETNAM EDUCATION COOPERATION IN CHAMPASAK PROVINCE DURING THE SECOND DECADE OF 21st CENTURY

Abstract

Champasak province is an economic and tourist center of Southern Laos, one of the provinces having good relationships with the localities of Vietnam in education. Based on the reports of Vietnamese and Lao authorities on foreign relations and cooperation in educational development between two countries, the article reviews results of Laos - Vietnam educational cooperation at Champasak (2010 – 2016) and proposes some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of educational cooperation and development between Champasak province and Vietnamese provinces in the future.
