EQUITY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RESOURCE ACCESS AMONGST ECONOMIC SECTORS IN THE RENOVATION PERIOD OF VIETNAM

Abstract

Ensuring the equality among the economic sectors is an emerging issue which has both theoretical and practical significance in the current condition of development in the socialist-oriented market economy of Vietnam. There are many criteria for considering equity among economic sectors, such as: development opportunities; policies and laws; access to resources; and distribution. This paper focuses on analyzing and evaluating the main results achieved in the implementation of equity in development opportunities and access to resources, as ensuring equality in these two dimensions is the premise of the promotion for socio-economic development.
