WESTERN EUROPEAN RULE OF LAW PHILOSOPHY AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE TO THE PROCESS OF BUILDING THE STATE OF LAW IN VIETNAM

Abstract

With the affirmation that basic human rights cannot be taken away (the right to life, liberty, property rights, etc.), as well as the fact that human rights are associated with the institution of state power and arguments about the method of organizing state power to ensure that those rights are exercised, Western European rule of law philosophy has left mankind with many valuable ideas. The selective inheritance of progressive ideas of Western European legal philosophies is of great significance to the process of building the state of law in Vietnam.
