Abstract

Appointing and developing talents is a matter of strategic significance in the existence and prosperity of each country. Inheriting the national tradition, the quintessence of human culture and the dialectic of Marxism-Leninism, Hồ Chí Minh soon realized the interplay and transformation between the appointment and development of talents. In this article, the author focuses on clarifying the content of the dialectic between the appointment and development of talents of Hồ Chí Minh’s thought. In particular, the proper usage of talents is a decisive factor in the development of talents. At the same time, talent development is a guarantee for proper usage of talent.
