Pháp luật về kiểm soát ô nhiễm môi trường khu công nghiệp tại Việt Nam

Abstract

In this article, the author studies the legal regulations on environmental pollution control in industrial zones. The State has promulgated a system of legal regulations on environmental pollution control in industrial zones and organized the implementation. However, in addition to the advantages, many regulations in this field also have obstacles that make it difficult for relevant entities to apply. The author synthesizes and evaluates both the advantages and disadvantages in the current state of legal regulations in this field and the implementation process. After such an assessment, the author proposes a number of solutions to improve the law on environmental pollution control in industrial zones and improve implementation efficiency in practice.
