Abstract

Faced with the increase in criminal activities of illegally producing, trading, transporting and abusing drugs, especially synthetic drugs in most countries around the world and the region, in recent years, drug crimes in Vietnam has continued to become complicated, serious and unpredictable, especially the situation of organized crime and illegal use of drugs. The article analyzes the current situation of organized crime using illegal drugs in Vietnam, analyzes the shortcomings and difficulties in the fight against it and on that basis, proposes solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of the prevention and fight against organized crime and illegal use of drugs in the upcoming time.
