Abstract

Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country. State management of ethnic minority affairs is the organized and legally regulated impacting by state agencies from the central to local levels on the domains of ethnic minority affairs in order to create conditions for all ethnic groups in Vietnam's territory to develop together. The state management on ethnic minority affairs is a form of public affairs management of the state apparatus, with power and high level of organization, being regulated by law, and bearing both generality and and specificity - with the specific characteristics of the managed domain. Using the methods of analysis and synthesis, this article will clarify the contents of the state management of ethnic minority affairs in Vietnam in the current period.
