Abstract
Housing to be formed in the future is characterized as an asset which is in the formation stage and actually under the construction, and this asset is on the papers and designs of the investors. That the investors mortgage their projects is no longer a new thing, because most investors mortgage their projects in order to have financial resources to build projects. Although there are still many projects and houses to be formed in the future that have been mortgaged at commercial banks recently, sales contracts have likewise been signed for the mortgaged assets before the mortgage has been released. This article analyzes the current situation when the law has not been completed yet, proposes to protect parties involved in buying houses to be formed in the future of housing construction investment projects.
