Abstract

The article focuses on clarifying the role of high-quality human resources in military modernization. In today’s army, high-quality human resources play an important role in modernizing the army, contributing to building the army, strengthening national defense and international integration, promoting the role of high-quality human resources in military modernization, contributing to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern army, and firmly protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam in the new situation. Based on an assessment of the current situation and requirements for building the army in the new situation, the article proposes a number of key measures to create a favorable environment to promote the role of high-quality human resources in today's military modernization.
