Tác động biến đổi khí hậu đến sự phát triển bền vững của Việt Nam
Abstract
Climate change is one of the serious challenges that humans and human society are facing in the 21st century. Their negative impacts threaten to ecosystems and human livelihoods. Vietnam has been and will be the most severely affected by the climate change, which comprehensively and profoundly changes the natural ecosystems and the process of socio-economics development, threatens environmental security, energy security, water resources, food, culture, and people's livelihoods. The article analyzes the extreme and unusual developments of the weather, natural disasters, droughts, and landslides caused by the climate change result in a lot of economic damage, threatening ecological security, food security and direct impact on production sectors and people's livelihoods. Faced with these impacts, Vietnam must have strategies to adapt to the climate change not only in the immediate future but also in the long-term for sustainable development.
