Abstract

In addition to protecting owners, the rights of bona fide third parties must also be protected to ensure the stability of civil relations to avoid causing many disturbances while promoting the development of civil exchanges in the conditions of Vietnam’s current socialist-oriented market economy. Within the scope of this article, the author outlines the theoretical bases for protecting the rights of bona fide third parties when civil transactions are invalid and methods to protect their rights according to the Vietnamese law, thereby, providing recommendations and solutions to improve the law as well as increasing the effectiveness of applying methods to protect the rights of bona fide third parties on the invalid civil transactions.
