Tăng cường vai trò của hội đồng điều phối vùng trong thúc đẩy liên kết vùng ở Việt Nam

Abstract

One of the solutions that have been applied by many countries around the world to resolve the issue of lacking collaboration and linkages among localities within a region is to establish a regional coordination apparatus. The apparatuses’functions, tasks and operating methods are quite diverse among countries, and not all regional coordination apparatuses have been operating effectively. This study explores the experiences of establishing a successful regional coordination apparatus in a number of countries, and, based on that, draws comparisons between Vietnam’s model and those of the countries. Then, the authors give some suggestions for Vietnam in its process of improving the model for such apparatuses.
