Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing the relationship between the 2014 Notary Public Law and a number of other legal documents such as the 2015 Civil Code, the 2020 Enterprise Law, Decree No.135/2020/ND-CP, and Decree No.82/2020/ND-CP. The 2014 Notary Public Law has an internal and unified relationship with other legal documents. However, there are a number of inadequacies between the 2014 Notary Public Law and the above-mentioned legal documents, which is the cause of difficulties in the application process in practice. Based on the analysis of the existing shortcomings, the article proposes a number of solutions to improve and unify the provisions in the 2014 Notary Public Law and the above-mentioned legal documents.
