Abstract
Currently, there have been a number of scientific topics regarding the field of Biology and Agronomy aimed at developing the profession of cultivating Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus. However, the process of surveying, researching, cultivating and exploiting still depends largely on nature and is associated with indigenous knowledge. Using historical, cultural fieldwork and comparative methods, the author studies the bibliographic sources recorded on Tylorhynchus heterochaetus to analyze, compare and contrast with the results of fieldwork in the local area during the period from 19 January to 27 January, 2021. The article focuses on understanding the experiences and indigenous knowledge of people in An Thanh Commune, Tứ Kỳ district, Hải Dương province in exploiting traditional Tylorhynchus heterochaetus and the process of applying these indigenous experiences and knowledge into practice for the cultivation of Tylorhynchus heterochaetus. Locally, farmers still use indigenous knowledge the tidal ebb and flowto determine when to exploit and harvest Tylorhynchus heterochaetus.
