Trà sữa: Một ký hiệu văn hóa của ẩm thực Đài Loan (Trung Quốc) tại Việt Nam
Abstract
Cuisine has always been a cultural field that expresses characteristics of a region, interests or personalities of each person/country. Through cuisine, social organizations (official and non-official) all have the opportunity to tighten or promote community together - one of the effective social bridges in the current period of globalization. The article mentions the phenomenon of drinking Taiwanese bubble tea that has become popular in Vietnam in recent years. This is not only a normal beverage to quench the thirst of the young Vietnamese generation, but from the perspective of culinary anthropology, it is also a "means" that has contributed to conveying Taiwanese cultural values regarding lifestyle, taste and personality of Taiwanese people to Vietnam. It is seen as a symbol of culinary culture in the current cross-cultural and cultural globalization trend.
