Abstract

The article focuses on clarifying the role of social relationship management in contributing to raising awareness of preventing and combating moral degradation among tactical level officers in the Vietnam People's Army. Social relationship management directly builds clean and strong organizations in the unit, maintains internal stability, creates an environment and motivation to prevent and combat moral degradation. At the same time, it contributes to perfecting the qualities and personalities of "Uncle Hồ's soldiers", orienting for positive thoughts, attitudes and behaviors, effectively preventing manifestations of moral degradation among the officers of the level. On that basis assess the situation, the article proposes fundamental solutions to strengthen social relationship management to contribute to raising awareness of preventing and combating moral degradation among the officers in the Vietnam People's Army today.
