Abstract

Policies and laws on ensuring labor and employment in land border areas are one of groups of policies and laws playing an important role in the border protection strategy in particular and the protection of the country's territorial supremacy in general. Currently, in countries with long land borders like Vietnam, the activities in research, construction and management on labor and employment issues for residents in border areas are always of interest, and these set out the need for improvement in policies and laws to protect, support and help them having a better life. Thus, on the basis of researching the contents and implementation status of groups of policy and law, the article proposes specific solutions to improve and enhance the effectiveness of implementing policies and laws on esuring labor and employment in land border areas in Vietnam in the new context.
