Policy of Generating Employment for People with Disabilities in Vietnam

Abstract

   In recent years, the Vietnamese State's support policy on employment for people with disabilities has reaped many successes. The number of those people having a job has increased significantly. The employment policy for people with disabilities has been gradually mobilising the participation of socail stratta, with the increasing participation of the private sector. However, in the process of implementing the policy, there remain many things to be improved, and people with disabilities still face many difficulties seeking jobs. Therefore, the State needs to have more practical and specific solutions and implement the policy to assist job creation for the people with disabilities in a most effective manner.
