Abstract

This article determines the content and methods for public employee’s trade union of all levels to participate in building the rule of law State according to the spirit of Politburo's Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated 9 November 2022 on continuing to improve the Vietnamese socialist rule of law State in the new era. Public employees trade union of all levels need to have proper understanding of the importance, contents and methods to proactively participate in building the Vietnamese socialist rule of law State. Public employees trade union must dutifully perform their functions and tasks, fully and thoroughly participate in all the content of building the Vietnamese socialist rule of law State through diverse methods, while ensuring the quality and efficiency.
