Abstract

Managing party members is a basic content playing an important role in building a contingent of party members and directly contributing to Party building and rectification. This is the foundation for Party members who are trained to be officers/cadets to improve self-discipline, actively self-cultivate, practice and improve their capacity, qualifications, methods, working style, development and completion of good character, well fulfill responsibilities and duties. In recent years, besides the achieved results, the management of Party members who are trained to be officers at military schools/academies still has limitations and shortcomings. Therefore, it is necessary to synchronously grasp and carry out several solutions to improve the quality of management of Party members who are trained to be officers at military schools/academies today.
