Giải pháp nâng cao trình độ cho giai cấp công nhân Việt Nam hiện nay

Abstract

When referring to the level of the working class, scientists often use two indicators: educational level and professional level. So far, there have been many significant developments in the level of Vietnam’s working class, but a serious imbalance remains. Workers of simple labor account for a large proportion, and the pool of intellectuals-workers is still weak and small, therefore, the country’s participation in the global value chain is limited. The article will focus on analyzing the changes in the level of the class via drawing comparisons of statistics over the years, among  economic industries and sectors. Based on that, the author forecasts the trends of change in the time to come and proposes a number of solutions to raise their level so that they can well meet the requirements of the cause of industrialization, modernization and international integration.
