Phát triển kinh tế biển xanh Ninh Thuận
Abstract
Ninh Thuận is one of 28 coastal provinces and cities of Vietnam, with a coastline of more than 105 km, a territorial sea of over 18,000 km2, one of the key fishing grounds of the country, having many bays and beaches, beautiful and unique climate with warm sunshine all year round... These are favorable conditions for developing the marine economy and preserving and promoting the value of the homeland’s seas and islands. However, for Ninh Thuận’s marine economy to become a driving force and have the power to spread to other economic sectors, the local marine economy also faces difficulties and challenges. Based on assessment and analysis of the current situation, as well as ensuring local socio-economic development requirements and sustainable marine economic development, the article presents a blue marine economic scenario based on positive and feasible assessments from a personal perspective for reference.
