Green innovation activities administration in Vietnamese transport companies

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to better understand the factors influencing green innovation in Vietnamese transportation companies. To achieve the research goal, the author interviewed 474 employees from Vietnamese transportation companies in Ho Chi Minh City. According to the findings, relative advantages, compatibility, organizational support, human resource quality, and government support all have a positive impact on green innovation. Uncertainty about the environment has a negative impact on green innovation. The author proposes some governance implications based on the research findings to promote green innovation.
