Abstract
This paper analyzes the current state of agricultural finance in Vietnam, identifies major challenges, and proposes solutions for sustainable development. The results show that small-scale farmers face difficulties in accessing capital and applying technology due to a lack of collateral, low income, and limited skills. Although supportive policies have had positive impacts, they are insufficient. The study suggests developing new financial products, increasing support, enhancing skills, and integrating global financial models to help the agricultural sector better adapt to the challenges of international integration and climate change.
