Research on selection of steel resisting step for roaway below the waste dump by numerical method
Abstract
Based on the result of paper “Overview the situation of rock pressure methods on the roaway below the mining waste dump and developing the numericl simulation model in Mong Duong coal mine” in number 6-2022 in Mining Industry Journal. This paper continues based on the geological cross-section of the AA route passing through the center of Mong Duong coal mine, which is also the location with the largest dumping height, using numerical simulation method by Phase 2 software with the model height x width. by 500x800m to simulate the study of the rock pressure acting on the steel support and to choose a reasonable steel frame for the roadway -100÷-150 located below the mine waste dump. The research options include the drift with excavation area Sđ =17,9m2 excavate through siltstone, sandstone with steels SVP27 with different grades of steel, the anti-survey step is 0,3 m/frame, 0,5 m/frame, 0,8 m/frame and 1 m/frame. From the results of internal force for anti-selective step resistance as follows: For the roaway in siltstone used steel resisting step is 0,8 m/frame; For the sandstone used steel resisting step is from 1÷1,5 m/frame.
