Control by frequency converter for electric drive systems to improve the efficiency of electricity use and optimization of technological lines in underground coal mines
Abstract
Replacing unregulated electric drive systems with controlled drive systems in various types of technologies can significantly reduce energy consumption, increase the service life of mechanical mechanisms in the drive system and improve the quality of technical indicators of machinery and equipment used in technological lines as prescribed in the Mining Regulations. The report provides a scientific basis for the necessity of applying frequency converters in the transmission systems of machinery and equipment used in underground mine technological lines to improve the efficiency of electricity use, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the environment, bringing practical results to the production of the Coal industry.
