Research on calculations and design of mobile coal ship loading machine at the coal loading port in Quang Ninh region
Abstract
With the advantages of low cost, safety, and reliability, when the transporting volume is large, waterway transport plays an important role. However, in our country, research on the design and manufacture of transporting and unloading equipments at ports is still limited. These equipments are often imported from abroad with high costs and domestic machinery industry does not master the manufacturing technology. In this article, the authors present some theoretical bases for calculating and designing mobile coal ship loading machine, from which calculated and designed the mobile coal ship loading machine with a capacity of 800 t/h applied in specific conditions at a coal port in Quang Ninh region. The research team used NX simulation design software to design a 3D model of the machine, then analyzed, tested and optimized the design to select reasonable parameters. The results of this research can be a reference in calculating the design of coal pouring machines.
