Orientation for exploitation, use and trading of waste land in the process of coal mining and processing under vinacomin in Quang Ninh province until 2030, forecast after 2030
Abstract
Quang Ninh province currently has a very high economic growth rate, rapid urbanization rate with many economic infrastructure projects, urban infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure that have been invested and developed, so the demand for Materials for leveling and leveling are very large, estimated at more than 130 million m3/year. Meanwhile, the volume of mine waste soil and rock of units under the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group (referred to as VINACOMIN) in Quang Ninh province is about over 150 million m3/year, completely able to meet the demand. The demand for materials for leveling is approximately above in Quang Ninh province by 2030 but its use is still limited. The use of mine waste soil and rock as backfilling material has been implemented in accordance with the viewpoint and orientation of changing the development method from "brown" to "green", promoting "circular economy" towards sustainable development. The content of the article refers to the planning of areas for mining, using and trading waste soil and rock during the coal mining and processing process under TKV in Quang Ninh province until 2030 and forecasts after 2030 aims to meet local infrastructure development needs, difficulties and orient a content that needs to be implemented in the near future.
