Abstract

This study aims to examine the in vitro propagation of Philodendron hederaceum “Lemon Lime”. The results showed that MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/l BA was suitable for the rapid multiplication stage, with the rate of shoot proliferation being 2.73 times, the shoots being 5.38 cm in height and the number of leaves/shoot was 4.33 after 6 weeks of culture...
