This article presents experiment results on the manufacture of the flame retardant sheath for the based-rubber solid fuel bar-nitrile butadiene rubber NBR26. The flame retardant sheath is specified by high mechanical strength (tensile strength 19.2 MPa), good solvent resistance (swelling
