Nghiên cứu kiểm kê khí nhà kính theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 14064-1:2018 tại doanh nghiệp thuộc ngành công nghiệp phụ trợ
Abstract
Vietnam has over 5,000 businesses in the supporting industry supplying large manufacturers and assemblers, many of which need to conduct greenhouse gas inventories. Supporting enterprises have many difficulties in conducting inventory, due to lack of experience in applying appropriate inventory procedures. In this study, the following methods are used: collecting information documents; field surveys and sociological investigation; emission calculation method according to ISO 14064-1:2018 standard. The location of the research application is a supporting industry enterprise, with a scale of about 3,000 employees, in production activities there are many types of work from mechanical processing, assembly, heating, and plating, plastic injection... specializes in providing auxiliary products for computer cases, heat sinks for large businesses in the computer and server manufacturing industry such as: Apple, Dell, IBM, Samsung... Research results showed that, emission sources at supporting industry enterprises include burning fuel for factory production activities; refrigerant solvents; fire extinguisher use and leakage; anti-rust agent and electricity consumption. The study showed that the total equivalent emissions at the enterprise was 11,898.483 tons CO2eq. The largest source of emissions is from electricity consumption, followed by fuel combustion and leakage from refrigeration equipment. The report proposes solutions to use energy effectively, towards reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and sustainable development for supporting industry interprises.
