UNIVERSITY PREPARATION AND ELECTION TRAINING IN THIS CURRENT STAGE - SITUATION, SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Human resources is one of the key factors to determine
the development of each country, each locality, each region in any
development stage. Therefore, in order to speed up the training of highly
qualified human resources for ethnic minority and mountainous areas,
the Party and the State have adopted policies on university preparation
and election training for children of the ethnic minorities, children of
ethnic minority families permanently residing in regions with extremely
difficult socio-economic conditions. The article analyzes the current
situation of university preparation and election training in the whole
country through which proposing solutions to improve the quality of
university preparation and election training today.
