CURRENT SITUATION OF COMMUNITY BASED TOURISM AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR COMMUNITY BASED TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing the current situation
of community tourism and human resources for community tourism
development in Vietnam with two important issues. The first is
development from spontaneity among residents to planning and
orientation of the State. Spontaneity here is not only spontaneous
birth, meeting the needs of food and accommodation of tourists, but
also spontaneous development, lack of orientation, lack of plans;
Development is entirely dependent on visitors. The second is the
lack of trained human resources, including human resources for
management, planning operational and professional orientation, and
professional human resources. On that basis, the article affirms the
role of the State in the direction and training of human resources for
community-based tourism development in Vietnam.
